Lobkowicz Palace

This 16th century palace (the only private facility inside Prague Castle) boasts a breathtaking panoramic view that enhances the unique, cultural experiences housed within: The Collections, concerts, café and elegant event rooms.

The Lobkowicz Collections museum features world-famous paintings by Brueghel, Canaletto, Velázquez and more; ceramics spanning five centuries; and an exceptional collection of arms and armor. Favorite highlights include hand-annotated manuscripts by many of the greatest composers of the 17th – 19th centuries, including Beethoven, Haydn and Mozart.

Prague Inspires Panorama

Every trip to Prague should begin with this 30-minute “insider’s guide” to the city. As you stand upon the terrace enjoying the 180° panoramic view, you will be both entertained and enlightened by this “Bird’s-Eye” tour narrated by Alexandra and William Lobkowicz.

Midday Classic Concert

No day at Prague Castle is complete without attending a classical music concert performed in the Lobkowicz Palace’s beautifully decorated 17th century baroque concert hall.

Listen to pearls of classic music as you sit below the exquisitely painted 17th century fresco ceiling.
The varied program of solo and ensemble pieces is presented daily at 1 pm and lasts approximately 60 minutes. The program presents works by the great baroque composers, Bach and Vivaldi; the champions of the classical style, Mozart and Beethoven; and the great 19th-century Czech composers, Dvořák and Smetana.

Lobkowicz Palace Café

Enjoy delicious homemade Czech and International cuisine served in a relaxed atmosphere. The café boasts a spectacular panoramic view of Prague from its outdoor terrace. You may also chose to dine in the charming indoor café or Renaissance courtyard, which is open spring and summer.
