C Level Lounge and Island Prime restaurant is a magnificent Cohn brother’s split-level restaurant that is located near the airport on nearby Harbour. The restaurant offers two dining options each with its own unique characteristics. C Lounge and Island Prime offer dazzling views of the bay and downtown San Diego skyline.
C Level Lounge
The C Level Lounge offers a spectacular seating and a full menu of freshly prepared fish and strong cocktails. At the lounge, you will enjoy the gorgeous views of downtown San Diego’s skyline and neighbouring Coronado Island. There is also an option to sit outdoors on the Bayview patio for better views of the fantastic bay.
Chef Deborah Scot of C Level Lounge really pays a lot of attention to all the food prepared and served in the restaurant. All the entrées in the restaurant emphasise good taste and good health which make the restaurant excellent and highly recommended. You can enjoy entrees like the Kemo Sabe’s black and white sesame salmon, blackened catfish and the chilli rubbed 10-0z prime flat iron steak. The restaurant also offers a variety of appetizers and fantastic desserts.
Island Prime
Island Prime offers an exclusive fine-dining experience, serving up some of the best steak and seafood for more than thirty years now. You would want to enjoy some great and delicious foods like the seared ahi stack with papaya-mango salsa, avocado, taro chips, caviar and blue crab salad and the char-grilled Akaushi ribeye.
If you are going for lunch at either of the restaurants, make sure to get there early as they fill up quickly. The two restaurants in one share make the spot enviable. Both venues will tempt you with the unrivalled views of the downtown San Diego’s skyline.
